Industrial Vending

Our vending machines can be placed onsite to manage all consumable items from PPE to engineering tools.  This allows for 24/7 access and is proven to reduce consumption.

Kanban

With our kanban solution we can provide all the necessary racking, storage bins and new labels at no extra cost.  In addition to this we offer a reactive service for any other items that you might require or to cater for any unexpected spikes in usage.

  2. Working with this information and data we will provide you with our recommended min/max levels based on the usage.
  3. We get to work on setting up your solution.  For our kanbans this includes unique barcodes and bespoke labelling identifying the contents of the bin.  For our vending machines this includes creating user access and permissions along with product groups.
  4. Soon after we will arrange to install the solution on site.
  5. Once in place we can provide reports and data on everything from usage down to the individual, cost savings and future trends.
