Our range of Socket head cap screws in stainless steel are composed of A2 304 stainless steel material and manufactured according to the Din 912 standard, they also feature a metric coarse thread.
These fasteners also recognised as socket head cap screws, socket screws, or Allen bolts, are designed with a cap screw structure and incorporate a hexagonal recessed drive. To secure or release these socket screws, a hex key, sometimes called as an Allen wrench, Allen key, or hex driver, is essential.
These screws find frequent application in assemblies where traditional wrenches or spanners cannot be feasibly employed due to limited clearance.
