A range of pozi pan Sems Units complete with one spring and one flat washer.

SEMS units are also know as pre-assembled screws or combi screws. They are a fastener that combines a screw with an inyegral washer or washers which are permanently attached. The washers are installed on the screw during the manufacturing process before the threads are actually machined on so that the larger thread keeps the washers in place.

The advantages of using SEMS Units are as follows

Time Savings - Operators do not need to assemble washers on the screws.

Reduced Part Count - Washers are not lost on the floor during assembly.

Reduced Inventory Levels - Customer only needs to stock one part rather than 2 or 3.

Increased assembly efficiency - These parts are very easy to use in tight spaces.
